- Click the Tools menu
- Choose Email Accounts
- Click Add a new e-mail account and click Next
- In the Server Type listing, choose POP3 and click Next
- Type Your Name and the Email Address assigned to your account
- Type your User Name (username.enterprise or your email addres) and Password (same as used to login to the web application)
- Type pop.bluetie.com for the Incoming mail server and smtp.bluetie.com for the Outgoing mail server
- Click the More Settings button
- Click the Outgoing Server tab
- Check the box for My server requires authentication
- Click the Advanced tab
- Check the box for Leave a copy of message on the server if you want to access your email from the web application as well
- Click the OK button, then the Next button and then Finish
Blackberry
Forward all emails to the blackberry email address
- Login to the web application
- Click Preferences
- Click Email Forwarding
- Click the Status to On
- Type the blackberry email address into the Delivery field (if not known contact your service provider such as Verizon, Cingular,etc)
- Check Save local copy
- Click the Save button
Setup account using the service provider website
- Login to the blackberry email setup page provided by the service provider
- Email setup pages vary from service provider to service provider but will all require the following settings:
Incoming mail server: pop.emtechenterprises.com
Incoming mail port: 110
Requires SSL: No
Email Address: The email address assigned to your EmMail PRO account
Username: Your email address
Password: The password for the EmMail PRO account (case sensitive)
Importing Contacts (.CSV
& .VCF)
- Go to the Contacts icon, and in the Actions drop-down menu, select Import/Export Contacts
- Click Import and Browse to choose the .csv file of contacts to import. (See the sample .csv file for reference)
- Choose the personal group from the drop-down menu to import to
- Select Attach
You can also import contacts via the .vcf format as well. With this option you are only limited to importing one contact at a time.
- Go to the Contacts icon, and in the Actions drop-down menu, select Import/Export Contacts
- Click Import and Browse to choose the .vcf file to import
- Choose the personal group from the drop-down menu to import to
- Select Attach
Sharing Your Calendar
To share a calendar:
- Click the Preferences link in the top right corner of your account screen
- Click Calendar Sharing from the Calendar section
- SimpleClick™ or type the username or email address of the person you are sharing with into the insert field of the appropriate access level.
Note: Calendars can be shared with both members and non-memebers- Press the Enter key or click the Insert button to add the user to your shared list
- Click the Save button
